April PTO Meeting Notes:

• Each teacher will get $10 per student for field trips this year. If the cost of the field trip exceeds the $10 per child allotment, we will then have a vote at the next PTO meeting re: the possibility of funding the extra $$. Everyone in attendance at the PTO meeting will have a vote in these decisions. So, parents, please make an effort to attend these meetings- decisions as they really do affect your children!! We invite everybody in the Cranston Calvert community to attend.

• We also discussed further uses for the money that was raised at the fundraiser at Ochre Court (almost $13,000!!!) Principal Booth will survey the teachers to see what she can come up with.

• The annual spaghetti dinner was discussed as well-just the preliminaries- we let you all know more as soon as we do.
